316 Youth Center was founded from the desire to see youth who are in jeopardy of falling victim to homelessness  thrive. We are a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization that provides displaced young people  a safe, loving environment to call home. We also offer academic assistance, social and emotional support, and life skills education to help them become tomorrow’s leaders despite their adverse beginnings. 

Our mission is to provide youth who are in jeopardy of homelessness a safe, loving environment they can call home. We empower them with academic assistance to help them matriculate through school, social and emotional support to equip them with the tools to work through trauma and emotional issues, and life skills development classes to ensure their success well after their stay at 316 Youth Center.

You don’t have to search far to discover the atrocities that plague today’s youth. Violence within the home, the battle against drugs, and human sex trafficking have enlisted them in the fight for their lives. Far too many young people are losing this battle. Our passion to see every child rescued from the troubles that plague them. While we can't reach every child, we recognize we can do something. 316 Youth Center is our something. Our doors are open to provide a safe, loving environment where young people can heal, thrive, and acquire skills that will develop them into the future leaders this world needs. 

Our vision is to establish homes across North American neighborhoods where youth can find a safe place to call home as they receive the assistance they need to become well-prepared leaders of tomorrow.

316 Youth Center serves youth and young adults between the ages of 12-21. We believe each person matures at a very different pace and age doesn’t equal maturity. Some people need more time, and more assistance.
