How We Serve

316 Youth Center provides its residents a safe, loving place to call home. Homes are single gender (female or male), and individuals are admitted upon referral and are found to be a successful match for the culture and climate of the house. In addition to program classes, residents are given a private room, toiletries, school supplies, clothing, and three meals daily, including snacks. 

316 Youth Center hires licensed educators to work with our residents to ensure they have the academic support they need to experience success in school, college, or trade school. 

We also provide academic assistance for residents clinically diagnosed with learning disabilities.

We realize there are many reasons why youth can become displaced. Many of these may result from trauma experienced in or outside the home. We have trained and licensed professionals who have developed a healing path for our residents. Attendance in these classes is mandatory and is part of their contract commitment as residents of 316 Youth Center. 

We equip our residents with the life skills they need to live a successful, productive life after they matriculate from 316 Youth Center. Our life skills development classes include laundry, cooking, self-care, financial literacy, time management, and interview skills.

316 Youth Center is founded upon the love of God and His expression of that love to us through His Son, Jesus Christ. We firmly believe that a solid, committed relationship with Him is the foundation of a successful life and future. 

We provide Sunday worship services at the home and offer Wednesday night bible studies where residents can experience the love of God and receive the encouragement and strength they need in their daily lives.
